Returns & Exchanges
If you:

- Purchased the wrong part or size,
- No longer need a product,
- Received a product different from what was described on the website,
- Received a defective, damaged, or faulty product,
- Are not satisfied with your purchase, or
- Accidentally purchased the wrong product,
Please contact our customer service representatives for assistance with the next steps. Each situation has specific rules and conditions (detailed below), but some general rules apply to all returns and exchanges:

- All returns and exchanges must follow our Return Procedure.
- Products must be in new condition and in their original packaging. We will not accept returns for products in poor condition.
- Returns for defects, damage, fitment issues, or other flaws will require additional inspection. Depending on the product, it may need to be sent back to the source for inspection. If you obtain a mechanic’s report, we may still require the product to be shipped back to us for further verification.
- Returns for incorrect parts, sizes, or unwanted products must not be assembled, installed, or modified.
- Used or fully/partially installed products are non-returnable.
- In some cases, returning the physical product may not be necessary. Instructions for disposal of the original item will be provided if applicable.
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the product page before ordering) cannot be returned.
When will my order ship?
We typically process orders quickly (same day or next business day) and ship them out from various warehouses across the country within 2-3 business days. However, some products, especially those shipped via LTL freight, may take longer.
Inventory and Order Availability:
We rely on daily updates from our warehouses, so there’s a slight chance an item might sell out just before you order. If that happens, we’ll contact you right away and offer a full refund for the product and any shipping charges.
Large Orders and Residential Deliveries:
For bigger orders, we might use freight lines which can incur an extra fee for deliveries to homes (residential addresses). Also, any additional services you request from the freight company, like a lift gate to help unload, will have additional charges.
Delivery Contact and Missed Deliveries:
The carrier might contact you to confirm delivery details. If they can’t reach you and the order gets sent back, you’ll be responsible for all shipping charges associated with it.
Got a Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Item? We’ll Fix It!
We take pride in offering quality RV parts, but sometimes things go wrong. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or simply isn’t what you ordered, here’s what to do:

- Don’t modify or use the item. Contact our friendly customer service team right away. They’ll work with you to find the best solution.
- We might need some evidence. Photos or videos of the issue can help us understand the problem and speed things up.
- Easy Returns (usually): In most cases, we’ll send you a prepaid return label for the defective item. Once we receive it and confirm the problem (which might require additional photos or info), we’ll process an exchange or replacement. For rare cases, we might handle it differently.
Important Details:

- You have 30 days from delivery to return the item.
- If the damage happened during shipping, we’ll arrange a pickup with the courier.
- Original packaging is preferred, and special requirements apply to freight shipments.
Warranty versus Returns:
This policy covers returns due to damage, defects, or incorrect items. Warranties for product performance are provided by the manufacturer, and their terms and conditions will apply.
Cancelling Your Order
Need to cancel your order? We can help if the items haven’t shipped yet and aren’t listed as non-cancellable/non-refundable. Just contact our customer service team by phone or contact form as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we can’t cancel orders that are already on their way.
Billing, Refunds & Credits
We charge your payment method when your order is placed. Once we receive a returned item in good condition, we’ll issue a refund using the same payment method you used to purchase. You’ll get a confirmation email once the refund is processed, but allow 5-7 business days for the money to appear in your account.
Shipping & Delivery
We use various carriers like FedEx, USPS, UPS, and LTL freight to get your order to you quickly and safely. The available shipping options will depend on the product and where it’s going.

- Fast Shipping: For some in-stock items, we can ship them the same day or within 1 business day. You’ll receive a tracking number to follow your order.
- Slower Shipping: Some products may take longer to ship due to location, carrier availability, or other factors. You’ll still get a tracking number to check on its status.
We track your order with a tracking number sent to your email, so you can always see where it is.
Important Information:

- Oversized Items: Large items require truck freight (LTL) shipping, different from standard ground shipping. These items will need to be inspected and signed for upon delivery.

- Customer Awareness: We want you to be informed! Please be aware of relevant federal, state, and local laws regarding the products you purchase.
- Terms & Conditions Subject to Change: Our market is dynamic, so we may update our Terms & Conditions without notice. This could include changes to pricing, availability, product information (use, fitment, compatibility), and warranties.
What We Are Not Responsible For:

- Labor Costs: You are responsible for any labor costs associated with the products you purchase. RV Parts DEPOT will not reimburse you for installation or other labor.
- Consequential Losses: We are not liable for any consequential losses you may experience, such as loss of vehicle use, travel time, lost wages, customer remorse, or restrictions on product use imposed by local laws after your purchase.
- Shipping & Storage Costs: While we strive to avoid shipping delays and damage, we are not responsible for any additional costs associated with shipping or storage of the products.
- Website Errors: We make every effort to provide accurate information on our website, but we reserve the right to cancel orders based on inaccurate information.
