Warranty

    •  Manufacturer Warranties Only: RV Parts Depot does not offer any additional warranties on the products they sell. All warranties are handled directly by the manufacturer of the part you purchased.

Shipping

    • Order Processing: RV Parts Depot strives to process all orders placed before 1:00 PM PST on the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
    • Multi-Warehouse Shipping: They ship from multiple warehouses across the country. This means shipping times can vary depending on the location of the warehouse holding your item and your own delivery address. While most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, some products, especially bulky items that ship via Less Than Truckload (LTL) freight, may take longer.
    • Out-of-Stock Items: In the event that an item you order is out of stock, RV Parts Depot will contact you to discuss your options. You can choose to have the item backordered and shipped as soon as it becomes available, or you can receive a full refund for the product and any applicable shipping charges.
    • Large Orders and Freight Shipping: Large orders may require special freight shipping. This can incur additional charges, especially for deliveries to residential addresses or if special services like lift gates are needed to unload the shipment.
    • Delivery Details and Undelivered Orders: The shipping carrier may contact you to confirm delivery details. If they are unable to reach you and your order is returned to RV Parts Depot due to unsuccessful contact attempts, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

Returns

    • Return Window: You have 30 days from the original purchase date to return an item for a refund.
    • Return Approval Required: Before you return anything, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting RV Parts Depot customer service by email: [email protected] or by phone at 1-951-543-9494. Packages returned without prior approval will be refused and returned to you.
    • Condition of Returned Items: Only unopened items in their original packaging, with all tags and labels still attached, are eligible for return. RV Parts Depot cannot accept returns of used or installed items, as these items can no longer be guaranteed to be in new condition and sellable.
    • Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you should report it to RV Parts Depot immediately. Taking photos of the damage to the product and packaging can be helpful when filing a claim with the manufacturer. Ideally, you can refuse the shipment if the damage is obvious upon delivery and note the damage with the carrier driver. However, RV Parts Depot allows you to report issues within 15 days of receiving the product. After 15 days, they will not authorize replacements or refunds for damaged or incorrect items, especially if you have already installed or used the product.
    • Return Deadline: All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Requests received after 30 days will be denied.
    • Double-Check Before You Buy: Because images on the website may be generic and not specific to the exact product you are buying, RV Parts Depot recommends carefully reviewing the product descriptions and part numbers before placing your order. If you have any questions about a product, contact their customer service team before making a purchase.
    • Return Costs and Processing Time: If your return is approved, you may be responsible for return shipping charges and a restocking fee. All returned items are thoroughly inspected before a refund is issued. Typically, refunds are processed within 3-4 weeks, but this timeframe may be extended if the manufacturer needs to inspect the returned item before approving the refund.
    • Order Changes and Cancellations: Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. This is because orders are processed quickly and begin shipping preparation as soon as possible.
